They are happy to share insights about the process from film concept to distribution while covering funding and distribution.

ELIZABETH BLAKE-THOMAS is a British award-winning storyteller based in Los Angeles, having recently directed her latest two feature films during the COVID-19 pandemic. Just Swipe is a romcom starring Full House/Fuller House star Jodie Sweetin and was recently purchased by Viacom, available now on various streaming platforms. Caralique is a family drama starring Disney+ star Isabella Blake-Thomas and Chocolat’s Helene Cardona. Elizabeth is the founder and resident director of entertainment company Mother & Daughter Entertainment, whose motto is “Making Content That Matters”, putting focus on each project starting a conversation amongst viewers. Filmmaking Without Fear (FWF) is a multi-medium resource by Elizabeth curated for indie filmmakers. Her FWF podcast is available on all streaming platforms, and the book of the same name is available on Amazon and Walmart.com. Elizabeth mentors wherever possible, ensuring she sends the elevator back down to all other female storytellers.
ISABELLA BLAKE-THOMAS, Actress, Producer, and Director of Development at Latigo Films, Isabella has been in the film industry for over 15 years. You can see her on screen as Young Zelena in Once Upon a Time, January in Secret Society of Second Born Royals, and Isabelle in Murder at Hollow creek alongside Mickey Rourke, Perrey Reeves, Jack Kesy, and Casper Van Dien. As a producer Isabella has her name on projects with name stars, dating back just under 10 years. At Latigo Films, Isabella works with writers and producers to develop scripts for production. Her current slate of films includes 10 features, all for 2022. As CEO and co-founder of Mother & Daughter Entertainment, Isabella continues to produce projects for MDE as well as write them too. Isabella focuses on working with writers of all levels to help turn their pitching script into a shooting script, and continuing the developing process into pre-production and production.
